Job Description:

IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome a Click and Collect Assistant to join our hard-working Fulfilment Operations team. In this role, you’ll be essential in confirming and handing out orders to our customers at our Order Collection point in-store.

Job Responsibility:

Checking over and handing out customer orders
Handling and resolving any after-sales or customer queries that may come up
Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers

Requirements:

Experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail
Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency
Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
