Job Description:

Our client, a technology company located in Arlington Heights, seeks a temporary Clerical Asset Associate to support the provisioning team. They are the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services. The company's commitment to excellence in service delivery has resulted in dramatic growth and an expanding client base that includes hundreds of Fortune 1000 commercial companies. Due to an influx of business, this position is open to support the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the asset team to ensure hot spots are assembled correctly
  • Affix batteries to device sleds as required
  • Assist the provisioning team to ensure the devices are set up appropriately
  • Assist the shipping department to ensure devices are ready to ship. This includes printing labels, data entry into Excel, print emails, and other clerical tasks as assigned
  • May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or performing quality checks of inventory as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime to complete projects
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
  • The ability to utilize critical thinking to complete tasks
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Prefer 1+ years of experience working for a mobile carrier such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, & Sprint
