Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Cleaning Operatives to work in a GMP-regulated factory environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in production and domestic areas, following strict protocols and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform cleaning tasks in GMP and non-GMP areas according to site procedures and schedules
  • Follow all SOPs, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
  • Ensure all cleaning records and logs are completed accurately and in real time
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
  • Report any issues, damages, or equipment faults to the Team Leader
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment
  • Always wear appropriate PPE and workwear
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
  • Perform deep cleaning of overhead structures, including ceilings, pipework, and ventilation systems, ensuring all areas meet required hygiene standards
  • Utilize specialist equipment (such as long-reach poles, ladders, or MEWPs) to remove dust, debris, and build-up from hard-to-reach areas

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (GMP or industrial preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
