Requirements

Site maintenance experience in the Bodyshop industry
Proven working experience as a Cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Job Responsibility

Ensure the clean and hygienic maintenance of the Bodyshop is to a high standard
Clean all offices, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets, and equipment
Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety rules (COSHH)
Clean, stock and supply designated areas i.e. restrooms
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Follow all health and safety regulations
Grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming, grass cutting, weeding, clearing snow/ice from pathways, aiding skip removal, litter picking and fence painting

0–1-year experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required

Job Responsibility

Maintain a clean and healthy medical environment
Medical cleaning, wiping down exam rooms with sanitary cleaner
Clean lobby, break room, bathrooms, conference room, other non-surgical procedure rooms
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
Cleaning duties include but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash, windows cleaning and moving chairs, equipment on wheels
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Use proper PPE where required
Clean all areas including kitchen/break room, lobby/hallway, exam rooms, offices, bathrooms
Place safety hazard signs in the building including “wet floor” signs as necessary
