Job Description:

HammondCare is currently looking for part-time Cleaners to join their team at their facilities in Waratah & Cardiff. The role supports HammondCare’s unique model of care which places residents' needs as the number one priority. As part of the Support Service’s Team, the successful applicant will deliver high-quality services within Domestic Support to residents according to the organisation's mission.

Job Responsibility:

Support HammondCare’s model of care by delivering high-quality services within the Domestic Support to residents in accordance with the organisational mission and mission in action statement

Requirements:

Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including weekends
Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
Follow all cleaning guidelines & schedules for all equipment & working surfaces
Demonstrated understanding of safe manual handling and standard precautions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have cleaning experience in a commercial setting
Must be able to work at either Waratah & Cardiff locations
