Job Responsibility

Greeting and signing in all visitors
Managing front door access and security gates for visitors
Managing and maintaining meeting rooms, including bookings, setup and presentation

Assisting with staff birthdays, celebrations and office moments
Sourcing and liaising with new vendors and suppliers as needed
