Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Class 4 Driver to join a leading name in civil construction, working night shift and supporting key asphalt operations across the Taupō region. If you enjoy steady, organised work and take pride in safe driving practices, this is a solid opportunity to join a respected team.

Job Responsibility:

Transporting asphalt to and from local civil construction sites
Safely operating Class 4 vehicles during night-shift hours
Supporting onsite teams with the loading and unloading process
Following all traffic, site, and safety procedures
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks

Requirements:

A clean, current Class 4 full NZ driver licence
Experience in civil construction or asphalt cartage (preferred but not essential)
Strong focus on Health & Safety and safe driving practices
Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand
Must pass a pre‑employment Drug & Alcohol screening test
Ministry of Justice criminal background checks are part of our standard process
