Job Description:

A 12-month Apprenticeship (CCF Certificate in Driving Programme) to achieve a Category C (Class 2) driving license. The role involves development through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical training, working alongside experienced drivers as a Drivers Mate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Transport stock in a safe and professional manner
  • Learn to operate a Tacho & use electronic handheld devices for vehicle checks & delivery manifest
  • Load/unload vehicle using the MOFFETT
  • Ensure vehicle is properly loaded, safe and in-line with road and transport legislation
  • Perform multi-drop work within the branch designated delivery area

Requirements:

  • Hold a clean Category B (Car) UK driving license for at least 12 months
  • Passion for customer service, teamwork and safety
