Job Description:

We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract. The role involves supporting case managers, managing work queues, processing claim payments, identifying process improvements, and working with a team dedicated to making a difference.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting our Case Managers with claims administrative tasks to ensure they deliver outstanding service to our customers
Efficiently managing applicable work queue to ensure all actions are completed within timeframes
Accurate processing of claim payments to ensure no duplication
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of best practices
Working with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing demands
Familiarity with MS Office Products
Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
