Job Description:

A growing company in Warminster is seeking a Claims Adjuster for a long-term, on-site opportunity. This role will begin immediately and offers the chance to join a dynamic and supportive team in a critical position.

Job Responsibility:

Investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims involving vehicle damage, customer property, and medium-to-high exposure bodily injury third-party claims
Reviewing and negotiating service rates, assessing damages, and making settlement determinations through denial, compromise, or payment

Requirements:

Investigate and resolve physical damage, property, and bodily injury claims with medium to high exposure
Determine claim value and liability to recommend denial, compromise, or payment
Ensure prompt, thorough, and accurate investigations utilizing insurance and legal best practices
Apply knowledge of risk assessment, insurance products, and claims processes
Independently handle complex and high-stakes claims requiring seasoned judgment
Clearly explain policy coverage, claim decisions, and processes to claimants and stakeholders
Maintain open and professional communication with legal representatives, customers, and vendors
Resolve disputes and escalations with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy
Negotiate settlements and service rates with external vendors and third parties
Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information
Ensure adherence to all company and regulatory compliance standards
Utilize claims management systems to document and process claims accurately
Demonstrate strong math skills in calculating damages and cost implications
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
Display solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
