Job Description:

Inetum is looking for a skilled Citrix Expert Consultant to join our team and support the design, management and performance of Citrix environments for key enterprise clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, deploy and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments across on-prem, hybrid and cloud infrastructures
  • Configure and maintain NetScaler (Citrix ADC) for load balancing, secure remote access, and application delivery
  • Implement advanced features such as TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and performance tuning
  • Use ControlUp for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and process automation
  • Conduct performance reviews, collect feedback, and implement user experience improvements
  • Monitor Citrix platforms using tools such as Citrix Director and ControlUp Insight
  • Document processes and configurations to ensure consistent service quality
  • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and business stakeholders
  • Provide technical support, training and guidance to users and internal IT teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Citrix-focused role
  • Solid expertise in Citrix CVAD, NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management
  • Hands-on experience with ControlUp for dashboard management, analysis and automation
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL VPNs)
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
