Job Responsibility:
You ensure that the Circular hub, both in-store and online, is in excellent shape, fully stocked, and commercially presented to deliver a great customer experience
You make sure that merchandising basics are in place, steer customers toward optimal sales channels, and present the IKEA product range in a way that inspires and satisfies
You leverage the different IKEA sales and communication channels, as well as IKEA know-how, to create the best commercial outcomes for various customer needs
You take ownership of your department’s commercial goals and secure that the established action plan delivers on all circular and commercial priorities
You follow up on sales performance and take proactive actions to improve results by using proven solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement
You implement and train co-workers in commerciality and selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience in the Circular hub
You work closely with the Selling team and other functions to improve and optimize product flows to Recovery, especially during range changes, launches, campaigns, and outgoing processes
You promote IKEA’s social and environmental commitments and collaborate with your team to contribute to sustainability and circularity goals
You support product quality and safety efforts by reporting potential issues and ensuring all required product information and warnings are clearly communicated to customers in the Circular hub
You support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with other specialists—assigning tasks and supervising daily operations when required
