Job Description:

Chinese Restaurant Manager position at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi. Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction. Delivers luxury service standards and creates exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manage day-to-day operations
Review staffing levels
Lead food and beverage team
Ensure compliance with policies and laws
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Conduct human resource activities
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Understanding of food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
Knowledge of local, state and Federal liquor laws
Food handling and sanitation standards knowledge
Supervisory and management experience
