Job Responsibility:
Lead and guide young people at critical life stages
Be part of a supportive team working both in our spacious but homely environment and out in the community
Provide structure and positive role modelling to support young people with complex needs
Requirements:
Demonstrable knowledge and a solid understanding of supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and mental health disorders
Resilient, compassionate, and confident in ability to manage challenging situations
Value teamwork, leadership, and responsibility
Passionate about helping young people develop life skills and independence
Stay calm and adaptable under pressure
Communicate effectively with both young people and colleagues
Reliable, proactive, and committed to making a real impact
