Support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing home. You’ll work as part of a trained team helping young people feel secure, supported and able to thrive. This is a purposeful position caring for children and young people as they build independence, confidence, and life skills.
Job Responsibility:
Support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing home
Help children feel safe, build trust, regulate emotions and experience stability
Support daily routines, school transport, appointments, activities, and therapeutic plans
Contribute to support planning, risk management, professional meetings and partnership working
Requirements:
Hold the right to work in the UK and the ability to commute to Crewe
Hold a full UK driving licence and be over 21 (insurance requirement)
Be reliable, calm and emotionally resilient
Be willing to complete training and qualifications
Nice to have:
Experience in care, youth work, security, support work, mental health, sports coaching or the armed forces is beneficial but not essential
