Job Description:

This position is for childcare professionals to work abroad during the summer season. The role involves creating and supervising age-appropriate programs for children, coaching and managing a team, ensuring health and safety, and providing excellent customer service to parents or guardians.

Job Responsibility:

Create and supervise a fun and age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12
lead and coach a small team
ensure health and safety standards are met
guide and manage team performance
answer parents or guardians’ questions and solve problems.

Requirements:

Experience working with children
recognised childcare education is helpful but not mandatory
fun and vibrant personality
ability to work solo and as part of a team
experience in supporting or supervising colleagues
ability to communicate confidently with international colleagues, children, and parents/guardians
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to work well under pressure
conversational in English and German.
