Job Description:

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team of Kid Club & Baby Club Hosts at the TUI BLUE Sylt resort in Germany. Key responsibilities include creating age-appropriate programmes, ensuring childcare standards, and participating in events.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians’ questions, resolve issues, adapt to guests’ requirements

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education
Experience working with children
Conversational in German and English
Fun and vibrant personality
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual
Ability to work well under pressure
Additional languages beneficial
