Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with the CEO, board, and executive team to craft and execute both long-term and short-term financial strategies that accelerate DISQO’s growth
  • Lead board discussions, providing deep insights into financial performance, risk management, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee agile and effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
  • Identify and implement state-of-the-art systems and software to drive operational efficiency and deliver real-time, actionable financial insights
  • Manage all facets of equity, debt, and banking relationships including cap table strategy, investor relations, and financial institution negotiations
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and funding initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Finance and Accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Champion process improvements and agile methodologies that enhance team performance and drive business outcomes
