• Extensive experience in financial leadership roles in the telecommunications or construction industries
• Strong expertise in construction accounting practices and standards
• Proficiency in managing Ethernet and telecom-related financial operations
• Exceptional ability to establish and sustain effective relationships
• Proven track record in handling inbound inquiries and resolving complex financial issues
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
