Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with OMNIC’s mission and business objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of production department functions, including planning and resource allocation
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability goals are met or exceeded
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication in production processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
  • Manage a high-performing production team through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Work with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align production activities with sales forecasts and budget planning
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, seeking opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of executive-level experience in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership and business acumen
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
  • Upper Intermediate (B2) to Native Speaker (C2) proficiency in Georgian and Russian
  • English proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to drive measurable results and align departmental objectives with overarching business strategy
