We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Concierge to oversee all concierge services at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for managing the Concierge team, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, and providing personalized recommendations and services to meet guests' needs. You will also lead the department in creating memorable experiences and assist with special guest requests during their stay.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise the Concierge team, ensuring exceptional guest service and personalized experiences for each guest
Handle VIP guest requests and ensure that special arrangements are made according to their preferences
Provide guests with detailed information on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests
Develop and implement concierge strategies to improve guest satisfaction and service efficiency
Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and activities to make personalized recommendations to guests
Oversee the concierge team’s schedule, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
Ensure the department adheres to hotel policies, including health, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare and present regular reports on department performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
high school diploma required
Proven experience in a concierge or guest services management role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end resort
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
In-depth knowledge of local attractions, services, and events to provide expert recommendations to guests
Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
