Job Description:

The school boasts some exceptional achievements, they’ve been Ofsted Outstanding for over 10 Years, are in the top 2% for Progress in Sciences, and have an uptake of over 200 Chemistry Students at KS5. Given the School’s continued successes, you can be assured there is plenty of support from the SLT who have seen that the science department is overstaffed in order to maintain their Outstanding teaching levels across the key stages. The school is incredibly well behaved and achieve some of the best GCSE and A-Level results in London, with 50 of their students a year going to Oxbridge on average.

Job Responsibility:

Teach across KS3 and KS4, with the option for KS5
Plan your lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance
Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons

Requirements:

UK QTS – Essential
Teaching at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level
Chemistry related degree at 1:1 or 2:1 from reputable university
Ambitious and driven personality
Great communication skills
Desire to progress
