Job Description:

The Vienna Marriott Hotel is recruiting a (Demi) Chef de Rang for its Parkring Restaurant. The role involves offering high-quality service to national and international guests, working in a dynamic team, and being part of a vibrant hospitality culture.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for service preparations (mise en place and setting tables)
point of contact for national and international guests
providing seamless service at breakfast and dinner buffet
taking orders and offering recommendations

Requirements:

Training in the hotel and catering industry or relevant experience
strong sense of responsibility
eye for detail
