Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our Guests. Responsibilities will include describing the food and beverage selection to our Guests by offering interesting descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods. You will be closing Guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, while delivering superior service with dedication and providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our Guests.
Job Responsibility:
Management of commis de rang, Demi-chef de rang, trainees and apprentices
Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
Know the menu and the Chef's suggestions
Know and talk about products and their preparation
Ensuring exceptional service and attention to our Guests
Describing the food and beverage selection to our Guests by offering interesting descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods
Closing Guest checks
Being highly visible in the operation
Delivering superior service with dedication
Providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our Guests
Requirements:
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
