Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and service-oriented Chef de Rang – Breakfast to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is key in delivering a high-quality breakfast service and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and professional dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, confident in managing a service section, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee a designated section during breakfast service
  • Ensure correct sequence of service and service timing are followed
  • Provide professional and personalized guest service
  • Supervise and support Demi Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang
  • Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset according to standards
  • Oversee buffet setup, replenishment, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Chef de Rang or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast service standards and sequence of service
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to guide junior team members
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
  • Ability to work early mornings and under pressure
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
