Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
regulate temperature of ovens and cooking equipment
monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
inform team of specials and out of stock items

maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
communicate effectively within the team
anticipate and address guest service needs.

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
proficiency in maintaining food safety standards
clear and professional communication skills.
