assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and counseling employees
follow company and safety policies
maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
anticipate and address guests' service needs
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
minimum education in technical, trade, or vocational school degree
