Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Be an IKEA Ambassador by providing memorable customer service and problem-solving
Actively listen and identify customer needs
Process transactions according to IKEA returns and exchange policies
Handle cash according to IKEA policy
Maintain awareness of daily and weekly service/delivery targets
Ensure stock accuracy and inventory integrity
Stay current with IKEA product knowledge and policies
Ensure recovered product is put away properly
Assist team members with additional duties

Requirements:

At least 6 months of customer service work experience in retail or a distribution center
Amazing attention for detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Top-notch customer service skills
Comfortable with computers and technology-savvy
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs

Nice to have:

Returns or Cashier experience
