Job Description:

Checkout Services Co-worker responsible for ensuring fast and efficient check-out service, handling payments reliably and accurately, creating positive customer experiences, and maintaining a safe store environment while working 24 hours over 4 days per week.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure check-out service is fast and efficient
Handle payment in reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way
Create positive customer experience
Ensure store is safe and secure environment
Optimize relationship with customers during payment
Follow cash handling procedures
Work together with other functions to improve shopping experience

Requirements:

Face-to-face customer service experience
Experience of the checkouts customer relations function is preferred

Nice to have:

Experience of the checkouts customer relations function
