Job Description:

This role offers a clear pathway to a Director position within 2–3 years, evolving into a Regional Lead responsible for driving growth and transformation across the area. We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Manager to lead a substantial and diverse client portfolio within our growing North West practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients
  • Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients
  • Motivated to progress to a Director-level role and drive regional growth
  • Understanding of the North West economy and professional landscape is advantageous
