Job Responsibility:

  • Quoting charter flight costs to our clients while maintaining operational awareness
  • Coordination of booked flights with Operations Department and clients
  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Processing flight booking documentation and administration
  • Handling last minute ad hoc flight requests

Requirements:

  • Experience within private and general aviation sales preferred
  • Excellent IT skills, including comfortable usage of all MS Office software
  • Experience with platforms such as FOS or Avinode particularly favourable
  • Willingness to perform flexible shift work including evenings and weekends
  • German and English required languages
  • Additional languages favourable
  • High degree of responsiveness, with excellent organisational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility
  • Calmness under pressure a must

  • Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities for exclusive yacht charters and MICE groups
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business from the yacht charter market (brokers, family offices) and MICE segment (corporate clients, event planners, incentive houses)
  • Work closely with ACCOR Global Sales and Orient Express Management Company to achieve MICE and charter sales objectives
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and manage proposals/contracts for incentive groups and full yacht charters
  • Strive to meet or exceed annual sales goals for the combined charter and MICE segments
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with yacht charter brokers, corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, including pricing inquiries, contract negotiation, and ensuring overall client satisfaction from initial contact through post-event follow-up
  • Understand client needs to tailor bespoke yacht charter itineraries and MICE event experiences
  • Travel as needed to conduct client meetings, develop new business, and attend industry trade shows
  • Liaise closely with Operations, Hotel Services, and shipboard teams to define and execute bespoke yacht charters and MICE events
