Chart Retrieval Specialist

• Travel to healthcare provider offices to retrieve paper and electronic medical records
• Upload medical charts into a secure, password-protected system
• Submit completed work remotely from home
• Operate scanning equipment and manage digital medical files
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with provider office staff
• Collaborate remotely with a team lead and fellow specialists
• Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and within deadline

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong computer skills (file management, scanning, data transfer)
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Allscripts, e-Clinical Works, Nextgen)

• Mileage reimbursement ($0.70/mile from mile 1)
