Job Description:

Channel Storage Specialist role focused on Middle East and Africa region, part of EMEA HPE Zerto team, becoming trusted adviser to Partners primarily in UAE, Saudi, Qatar, South Africa, Egypt

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to Partners in Middle East & Africa countries
  • Works with Partners to create mutually beneficial plans
  • Drives end-to-end HPE Zerto revenue, profitability, and pipeline
  • Articulates HPE Zerto global and local business strategies
  • Develops knowledge of partner priorities and industry trends
  • Demonstrates business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships
  • Coordinates and executes HPE Zerto activities with Partners
  • Drives and implements HPE Zerto strategy, programs, and systems
  • Tailors selling solutions to fit partner customer profiles
  • May recruit and develop business relationships with new partners
  • May monitor Partner sales floor to help develop pipeline
  • Ensures partners are compliant with HPE's SBC requirements

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Typically 5+ years of selling experience
  • Solid experience in selling with partners needed
  • Solid awareness of current technology trends and related HPE Zerto strategy
  • Experience in Backup and Disaster Recovery market required
  • Solid understanding of business and financial fundamentals to develop strategic plans
  • Solid understanding of HPE products and how they can deliver value to customers
  • Strong focus on Storage, Data Protection and aaS solutions
  • Solid understanding of Partner industry, trends, competitors, and the channel: Resellers, Distributors and MSPs
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting concepts such as income statements, balance sheets, revenue projections
  • Professional, clear, and effective verbal and written communication
  • Negotiation skills on C-Level experience required
  • Very good speaker as presentations will be essential part of the job
