Mission: Build a go-to-market system which reliably delivers YoY bookings growth in Channel sales in China with steadily increasing profit contribution. Reinforce the company's existing competitive advantages by maximizing the impact of new product launches, delivering excellent customer service, and deploying deep technical expertise across the customer lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and grow healthy sales channels in China
  • Manage partnerships to maximize sales and build our brand
  • Set ambitious targets for current partners and help enable them to exceed these goals
  • Attend trade shows with partners and increase lead flow
  • Ensure an amazing customer experience for customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in channel sales roles (majority in B2B, majority in hardware)
  • Proven record of driving revenue and hitting ambitious targets
  • 3+ years in sales leadership roles
  • Significant experience with channel sales / service
  • Experience developing and deploying go-to-market strategy
  • Speak, read and write English fluently
  • Delivers results
  • Data driven
  • Smart
  • Humble / coachable
  • High bar for talent

Nice to have:

  • Experience directly managing marketing and/or services is a plus
  • 3D printing or 3D CAD industry experience
