Join Cloud Temple and pilot our ecosystem of strategic partners on a European scale. You will play a key role in developing and structuring a network of key partners for our sovereign cloud platform. Reporting to the Channel and Alliances Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing indirect sales via major market players. You will spearhead our partnership strategy and play a central role in the adoption of our sovereign cloud platform. You will work closely with your manager on all strategic issues.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute an effective alliance strategy, structuring an attractive and scalable programme in line with industry best practice
Recruit, onboard and energise a network of partners by developing solid relationships and negotiating strategic agreements
Steering and monitoring key KPIs (indirect sales, active partners, solution adoption) to optimise joint go-to-market
Working with the sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise the impact of the programme
Representing Cloud Temple to partners through events, demonstrations and compelling presentations
Developing the European expansion strategy, particularly in Germany, Spain and Italy, following the consolidation of the programme in France
Requirements:
5 years' higher education specialising in business, marketing and pre-sales
At least 5 years' proven experience in partnership management, preferably with a network of GSI resellers in a cloud environment
In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructures, hyperscaler business models and the challenges of the sovereign cloud
Ability to influence and engage partners while structuring effective programmes
Excellent command of pricing, adoption, business planning and KPI monitoring strategies
Ability to work in an international context
Fluency in English is essential
