Support channel manager to implement channel program and channel policy for different business line
Support to launch and training channel program, channel policy for sales team and channel partners
Dealer Performance Management: Oversee and manage the sales performance of our dealer network, ensuring they meet and exceed established sales targets
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for dealers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and market share objectives
Visit channel partners regularly
Attend the regular channel sales review with sales team
Submit the monthly channel partner’s performance report

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial Robot/ industrial automation/electrical engineering or related major, MBA is prefer
5+ years professional experience in Industrial Sales/ Channel Sales management/ business intelligence related
