We’re growing in the French market and looking for a Channel Manager fluent in French and English. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing Go-To-Market strategies for each distribution channel to maximize sales and revenue. This role involves creating marketing plans, recruiting new partners, managing relationships with distribution partners, monitoring competitive offerings, and optimizing day-to-day channel operations.
Job Responsibility:
Design channel-specific marketing plans, including creating content, designing advertisements, and identifying target audiences to drive sales
Analyse competitors’ offerings and pricing tactics to assess their potential impact on business performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with vendors to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Communicate with vendors and provide customer service
Create and launch new programs to drive sales within a channel or across multiple channels
Develop relationships with key individuals or other distribution channels to promote the company’s products or services
Oversee daily operations of channels, vendor communication, and customer service
Discover new opportunities within channels to increase sales through existing customers or attract new customers
Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through channel partners. Manage relationships with these partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction
Offer training and support to channel partners to ensure successful product positioning and sales
Perform regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growth
Collect and analyse market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategies
Work with internal teams to develop and launch new products through channels
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with channel partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities
Requirements:
4+ years of Channel Management experience in the Software industry, driving partner-led sales growth and multi-channel strategies
Skilled in channel marketing plans, competitive analysis, KPI tracking, and program launches to increase revenue and performance
Proactive and results-driven, experienced in managing partner relationships, vendor coordination, and daily channel operations
Fluent in French with excellent English, comfortable working with international partners and cross-functional teams
Strong in partner enablement, contract negotiation, performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities within channels
