Job Description:

Support and drive execution of change, focusing on training and communication. Ensure execution preparation is adequate. Input to the quality of content where relevant (within the candidate experience). Partner with CMS to prepare change workshop set up and flow. Able to translate English content to Japanese when needed. Partner, organize and develop monthly New Operating Model Newsletter for the New Operating Model.
