Job Responsibility:

  • Champion the people side of transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable adoption, readiness, and sustained business outcomes
  • Apply proven change management methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR®, to guide individuals and teams through organizational change
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to clearly articulate and identify change implications and inform targeted interventions

  • Partner with communications teams to develop and deliver clear, timely, compelling messaging that builds awareness, desire, and engagement through multiple channels
  • Establish and sustain Change Champion Networks to amplify engagement, reinforce messaging, and gather feedback, surfacing risks and resistance early
  • Identify and proactively manage resistance, implementing strategies to address concerns and mitigate risk, escalating when adoption is at risk
  • Coach client leaders on their critical role in leading change and modeling desired behaviors, providing practical guidance and feedback
  • Ensure training programs are role-based, scenario-driven, and aligned to future-state processes and user impacts, with clear guidelines for post-training success
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adoption outcomes using data-driven insights, feedback, completion metrics, and performance trends, adjusting change strategies when necessary
  • Define and track adoption, readiness, and reinforcement KPIs to support continuous improvement post go-live, translating insights into recommendations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience implementing organizational change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR® and other change management frameworks, with evidence of driving adoption outcomes
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment, managing multiple engagements, competing priorities, and fast-paced delivery timelines, while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CE and FO, with an understanding of how technology changes impact people, processes, and workflows
  • Experience partnering with project teams, leadership, and communications functions to deliver integrated change and adoption strategies, not standalone change activities
