Job Description:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, mentor others, and contribute to projects that shape the infrastructure of our region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely carry out work within your control

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil construction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams
  • A proactive approach to health and safety, including the confidence to speak up when needed
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home for projects as required
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Nice to have:

  • Hold current certification recognised by the Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying Board
  • Applicants who can easily renew a previously held certifying qualification
