Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Certified Project Managers to lead and support technical and IT-focused initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project management, best practices, technical fluency, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage multiple IT-related projects with varying complexity
  • Own the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
  • Facilitate project meetings and coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and success criteria
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within expectations
  • Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, risks, and deliverables
  • Escalate issues as needed and proactively recommend solutions
  • Support documentation, change management activities, and handoff to operational teams

Requirements:

  • Active Project Management certification (PMP preferred
  • CAPM or equivalent considered)
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical, IT, or systems-related projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have:

  • Experience with application implementations, system integrations, or technology upgrades
  • Background in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, utilities, manufacturing, SaaS)
  • Vendor or third-party management experience
  • Familiarity with SDLC and technical delivery processes
  • Experience in client-facing or customer-facing project environments
