Job Description:

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Working in a busy, challenging environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support all administration functions within repairs and maintenance services
  • General administration
  • Responsibility for processing invoices through in-house systems
  • Raising works orders
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with trades operatives, customers, contractors and other teams around the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration
  • Enthusiastic with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good knowledge of MS software, in particular Word and Excel
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Able to demonstrate resilience
