Job Description:

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling
  • Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns
  • Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
  • Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
  • Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
  • Oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Frequent lifting to 32 pounds
