Job Responsibility:

  • Clearing Domestic and SAARC sales orders on daily basis on company’s sales order system after validating Customers Purchase Orders, payment status, applicable Incoterms, etc. as per company policy
  • As and when required, updating excel based price calculator to share with Sales team and upload in sales order system to make system ready with updated price
  • Coordinating & Monitoring open EDPMS and Goods Return Waiver items with Bank as per RBI policy
  • Monthly preparation of commercial provisions e.g. Warranty, Sales Commission, Service Commission, other commercial expenses and ensuring its booking in SAP by General Accounting team
  • Quarterly preparation of Dealers’ Incentive as per rolled out scheme and ensuring timely payout to Dealers
  • Quarterly review of FOC, Service Commission & Warranty provisions with Finance and General Accounting team
  • Overseeing accounting operations in Accounts Receivable e.g. postings in customers and dealers' ledgers of both domestic and exports region, incoming payments posting in line with Bank Reconciliation
  • Dealers Claims review, approval as per policy on company’s claim portal on daily basis. Monthly reconciliation of system interfaces to ensure correct accounting and posting in ledgers
  • Ensuring monthly reporting of Export Intercompany statements with stake holders across CNH. Extracting dealers and customer account statement to share as and when asked for
  • Lead process improvement areas and work along with ICT to implement changes in system

Requirements:

  • 8 to 15 years experience
  • Graduation (Commerce)
  • MBA & ICWA Good to have
  • Good Knowledge of SAP and Ms Excel
  • Good in coordination and liasioning with various function, both inside & outside of organisation
  • Having Good Communication skill
