Job Description:

A collaborative, design-focused consultancy based in Central London is seeking a driven CDM Principal Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join their growing health and safety team. The CDM Principal Designer will work closely with senior team members, managing their own portfolio of core construction and infrastructure-led projects while benefiting from clear support and progression pathways.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 Regulations
Act as Principal Designer on a variety of infrastructure projects
Attend and contribute to early design risk review meetings
Liaise closely with both clients and design teams
Manage documentation, design reviews and safety requirements

Requirements:

2+ years in a CDM Principal Designer or similar role
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent safety qualification
TechIOSH membership preferred
APS membership preferred
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying preferred
Experience within infrastructure projects preferred
Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Nice to have:

APS membership
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying
