Job Description:

A respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a driven CDM Consultant to join their expanding design safety team. With a strong pipeline of both commercial and residential projects across London and the Southeast, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow and adapt within a dynamic professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of Principal Designer duties and act as Principal Designer when necessary
Attend meetings
Review health and safety documentation
Contribute to design risk assessments

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a CDM Consultant or related Principal Designer role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related discipline (preferred)
Good knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
Able to learn quickly and adapt within a fast-paced project environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Working towards APS or IOSH membership (advantageous)
