Job Description:

The Catering Sales Executive at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou is responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, promoting brand awareness, and providing exceptional service. The role involves handling reservations, addressing guest concerns, and supporting Sales & Marketing operations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related work experience.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests
Answer, record, and process all guest calls
Perform general office duties
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor the performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
