Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a category growing strategy for each key customer, set a brand benchmark model in offline, and category value creation trade selling story
  • Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure top line business delivery
  • Category S&OP / Promotion & Baseline including TTS/Inventory management
  • Take full responsibility of volume forecast and delivery and resource allocation with dynamic management
  • Delivery sales TGT and TTS management
  • Work with MKT/NCSP/KA sales Team to develop category/brand activation
  • Close work with KA sales Team to customize the national category plan
  • Joint business planning and implementation
  • Lead the signing of annual Joint Business Plan with customers, coordinate product portfolio, promotion plan and new product launch strategy.
  • Drive in-store enforcement standards (e.g., shelf displays, promotional stacks, digital interactions) to ensure brand consistency
  • In-depth analysis of customer business data (POS, inventory turnover, promotion ROI) to provide customized category growth solutions.
  • Category Innovation & Market insight feedback
  • Work with NKA Planning team on innovation deployment team to fulfill category demand space
  • Monitor competitive product dynamics and retail trends, output channel insights, and drive innovative channel projects
  • Cross-function Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize customer service processes (e.g., order fulfillment , account period management).
  • Cooperate with the O2O team to integrate offline customer resources and online platform traffic.

Requirements:

  • Prefer offline, esp. KA experience, better with KA management or Trade marketing experience
  • 3 years FMCG working experience
  • Good communication and business sense
