Job Description:

Our client a top fashion company is looking for a Remote Category Manager!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead fast, fit-for-purpose RFx and negotiations for consulting firms and risk-management suppliers
  • Draft/review SOWs, rate cards, and commercial terms
  • align with Legal and Finance
  • Manage supplier onboarding and purchase flow using tools (Intake, Coupa Sourcing, CLM) and follow the purchase policy
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders (Finance, Legal, etc.) to secure approvals and hit timelines
  • Track savings and key milestones
  • keep records complete and audit-ready
  • Monitor supplier delivery and escalate issues early

Requirements:

  • 5+ years indirect procurement / category management experience
  • Strong RFx, negotiation, and SOW skills
  • comfort working with MSAs and commercial terms
  • Ability to move fast, manage multiple requests, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in procurement and contracting tools (Intake/Coupa/CLM tools) and Excel/PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Professional Services categories, specifically, Consulting, Legal Services, and/or Risk Management suppliers
  • Experience consolidating panels for consulting vendors or preferred suppliers and optimizing rate cards
  • Familiarity with supplier-risk and insurance/indemnity basics (in partnership with Legal/Risk)
