Catch Crew Worker

Join our team as a Catch Crew Worker and make a direct impact at the very start of our production process! In this active, outdoor role, you’ll work directly with live poultry using specialized collection machinery designed to gently scoop birds onto a conveyor system and place them into drawers at the proper rate for safe transport to our processing plant. You’ll support loading activities, help secure and maintain equipment, and assist with sanitation to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
